Advocate Carlo Poli

Advocate Carlo Poli holds an honours degree in law from the University of Florence, where he graduated with a thesis on Civil Law.
From 1987 to 1992 he collaborated with the Institute of Civil Law at the University of Florence, where he dealt mainly with matters pertinent to contract law.
During his professional career he has developed a wide experience both in judicial and out-of-court activities in all areas of Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law as well as in the field of International law.
From 2004 he is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court.
Since 2010, he is Founder and President of the Civil Chamber of Florence.
He is the director and manager of the journal “Le Corti Fiorentine”.
He is the editor of the Journal of Legal Psychology.
He is a member of the Steering Committee of the ”Centro Studi dell’Avvocatura Civile Italiana”.
